Working Student Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

Your mission

As Working Student SCM you are supporting our supply chain and operations team with crucial tasks that include, but are not limited to the following activities:

Scout and assess opportunities with feedstock owners and biochar producers
Conduct cost analyses and identify optimization levers
Manage supplier relationships and transactions, including logistics
Apply ecoLocked's Partner due diligence process, our Environmental Policy, and our Biochar Material Selection Policy
Contribute to carbon credit and impact measurement & management
Support the business development and strategy team on special projects

Your profile

Fluent English is mandatory; German skills are an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or sustainability roles, ideally with exposure to both operational and analytical tasks
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into actions
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up environment, managing evolving project scope with adaptability and focus
Genuine passion for climate impact and sustainability, contributing meaningfully to our mission

Details and Benefits

Duration: at least 6 months (20h/week)

Start date: October 1^st, 2025

Work location: Berlin-Wedding (Office) and Bernau bei Berlin (Operations Facilities)

Compensation: competitive fixed salary

Holidays: 4 weeks per year
